How far in advance should I place an order?
It is preferred you place your order as far in advance as possible, but ideally we do require a 48 notice. Orders must be placed 2 days in advance on all boards
Do you deliver?
Delivery within a 20 mile radius within 95008 area .. $11 per 15 minute delivery and so on, inquire for more information -Please allow a 30 minute window before and after your selected time for delivery.
Communication/response time
While we try to respond as quickly as possible, please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond to your inquiry
Do you offer dietary restrictions?
Yes-please contact charcuteriestogo@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that price may differ. Please allow a 30 minute window before and after your selected time for delivery.

Unfortunately we do not offer pick up option at the moment
Can I cancel my order?
Yes-you must cancel within 2 business days to receive full refund
if you cancel before 7 days you may switch out the date
Orders cancelled within 48 hours will not receive a refund, this includes if order is undeliverable, wrong delivery date given or wrong address
What are your COVID-19 precautions?
Masks and Gloves are worn during the making of a sweet get-togethers box. All vegetables, fruits, containers are properly washed and rinsed. All orders will be contactless (pick up and deliveries). If anyone at sweet get-togethers is diagnosed with COVID, sweet get-togethers will closed for the quarantine period of 14 days and all orders will be refunded during that time

All items are store bought (organic), local (farmer markets), or vendors (cheese, honey, jam
How do I keep my box fresh?
If you will not consume the food right away, please put it in the refrigerator or store ice packs until use. Please consume within 3 days of delivery or pick up
